New Orleans, Louisiana

During the first week of July, I took a trip to New Orleans with Sarah. This wasn't my first time in "The Big Easy," but it definitely felt like it. I visited New Orleans with a college friend back in February 2012, however, we were there for less than two days and spent most of our time on Bourbon Street. This time around, I was able to enjoy everything that the historic city has to offer.
During our four day stay, we did a Swamp Tour with Louisiana Tour Company, visited the Audubon Aquarium of the Americas and the Aubudon Zoo, ate delicious seafood at Acme Oyster House, walked the Garden District, enjoyed the nightlife on Bourbon Street, and capped off the trip with coffee and beignets at the iconic Cafe Du Monde.
From its rich culture to diverse food to vibrant music, New Orleans is a city that everyone should visit at least one before they die. Regardless of how you spend your time there, it's bound to be a memorable experience!
